Diagnose, do not guess
Parts are only named after testing. Your technician explains what failed and why, in plain language, before quoting.

13+ years, five locations, one standard: diagnose properly, quote in writing, fix it on the first visit whenever the part exists.

Elite Appliances Repairs started with two vans working East Dallas and Lakewood. There was no marketing budget. The only growth mechanism available was doing repairs that did not come back, and letting neighbors tell each other about it.
That constraint shaped the company. When you cannot buy your way out of a bad reputation, diagnosis stops being a cost and becomes the whole product. We invested in training and test equipment long before we invested in trucks.
13+ years on we cover fifty-seven cities from five locations. The vans are newer and there are a lot more of them, but the standard on a Tuesday afternoon service call in Garland is the same one that built the business.

What we stand for
Parts are only named after testing. Your technician explains what failed and why, in plain language, before quoting.
The number you approve is the number on the invoice. No hourly creep, no discovery of new charges once the panel is off.
If a repair costs more than half a comparable new unit and the appliance is past ten years, we say so. Turning down work is cheaper than losing trust.
Workmanship warranty in writing on every invoice. Same symptom back inside the window means we return at no labor charge.
Brands we service every day

To deliver appliance repair that Dallas homeowners and property managers can rely on without checking our work — timely, correctly priced, and done by someone who understands the machine. We measure that in single-visit completion rates and repeat customers, not in job volume.
Modern appliances are computers with plumbing attached. Inverter compressors, variable-speed drives, capacitive touch panels and firmware-driven diagnostics all behave differently from the mechanical units technicians trained on a generation ago. Our team trains continuously on current platforms, which is the only way to fault-find a sealed system or read an error history properly.
Every technician is licensed, insured and background-checked. They arrive in a marked van, wear identification, protect your floors, and clean up. Small things, but they are the difference between a service call and an intrusion.
Five offices in five cities means the people dispatching your call live where you live. That is worth more than a call center. See where we work on the service area page, browse what we repair, or take a look at our work gallery. Every technician is licensed, insured and background-checked, and the warranty terms are written on your invoice rather than promised verbally.
Questions

Yes. Every technician who enters your home is licensed, fully insured, EPA certified and factory-trained on the brands we service. Ask to see credentials at the door any time.
We handle light commercial equipment — break-room refrigerators, small-office dishwashers, apartment laundry units. Full commercial kitchen lines are outside what we do well, and we will tell you that rather than take the job.
Book online or call the office closest to you. Emergency lines are open around the clock.
