Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to appliance repair services provided by Elite Appliances Repairs in Texas, and to your use of eliteappliancesrepairs.com. Booking a service means you accept them.

Estimates and diagnostic fees

A diagnostic fee applies to the on-site inspection and is credited toward the repair if you approve it. Repair quotes are flat-rate and given in writing before work begins. If additional unrelated faults are found once a unit is opened, work stops and a revised quote is provided for your approval.

Parts

We use new manufacturer or equivalent-quality parts. Some components are non-returnable once installed. Where a part is on back-order we will tell you the expected timeframe before ordering.

Warranty

Labor is covered by a workmanship warranty stated on your invoice. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, damage from misuse, power surges, improper installation by others, pest damage, or continued use of an appliance we advised against operating.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major cards and other methods listed at the time of service. Unpaid balances may incur reasonable collection costs.

Access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the appliance and its power, water or gas connections, and to secure pets during the visit. Where an appliance is built in, blocked, or requires cabinetry or plumbing removal, additional time or a specialist may be needed. We will not proceed with work we judge unsafe.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Please give as much notice as you can. If no one is home within the agreed arrival window and we cannot reach you, a trip fee may apply.

Repair or replace

Where a repair is not economically sensible we will say so. Any advice about replacement is our professional opinion, not a guarantee about a product we do not sell.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including spoiled food, lost income or property damage not caused by our negligence.

Website content

Site content is for general information. Appliance repair is technical work; nothing here should be treated as instructions to attempt a repair yourself, particularly on gas or high-voltage components.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Texas consumer protection law, including those covering home repair services, written estimates and dispute resolution. If you are unhappy with work we performed, contact us before anything else; warranty work costs you nothing and most complaints are fixable on the first call.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
