How appointments, arrival windows and after-hours calls work.
The service call is $80 and covers the on-site inspection and diagnosis; it is credited toward the repair once you approve it. Typical repair totals in Dallas–Fort Worth, parts and labor included: refrigerators $200–$450, washers $150–$450, dryers $150–$300, microwaves $125–$225, garbage disposals $75–$250, and $150–$300 for ovens, ranges, dishwashers and wine coolers. These are estimate ranges rather than quotes, and a repair needing an expensive or specialty part can run higher. You get the exact figure in writing before work starts, and every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
Calling (469) 398-8604. A dispatcher answers 24 hours a day and can usually give you an arrival window on the spot. The form on this page is checked continuously and we reply by text.
Most Dallas appliance repair calls booked before mid-afternoon are handled the same day. Our Greenville Avenue office dispatches technicians across East Dallas, Lakewood, Preston Hollow, Uptown and University Park, so drive times stay short. Emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
The appliance brand, roughly how old it is, the model number if you can reach it, and a plain description of what it is doing. Any error code on the display is gold — it often tells us which part to bring.
Yes. Evening, weekend and overnight emergency appointments are available at all five locations. Call the number for your city and tell the dispatcher it is urgent.
Often, yes. If your dishwasher and disposal are both acting up, tell us when you book and we will schedule enough time to handle both. There is no second trip charge when the appliances are at the same address.
Pick the appliance, not the symptom. A refrigerator that leaks water and a refrigerator that will not cool are both refrigerator repair calls. If you are not sure whether a wall oven counts as an oven or a range, call and describe it — we will sort it out in thirty seconds.
Questions
What the diagnostic fee covers, what a quote includes, and how the warranty works.
Yes. The service call is $80 for the on-site inspection and diagnosis. Once you approve the repair, that $80 is credited toward the final invoice. You get the full price in writing before any part is ordered or any work begins, so there are no surprises on the bill.
Yes. Our flat-rate quotes include parts and labor for the repair described. If a second unrelated fault appears once the unit is open, your technician stops and re-quotes before continuing.
Every repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, and manufacturer parts carry their own coverage on top of that. Your technician writes the exact terms on the invoice before leaving. If the same symptom returns inside those 90 days, we come back at no additional labor charge.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs less than half the price of a comparable new unit and the appliance is under ten years old, repair is almost always the better value. Your technician will tell you plainly when a unit is not worth saving. We would rather lose one job than sell you a repair you will regret.
Questions
Who arrives at your door and what they are trained on.
We repair Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, Frigidaire, GE, Bosch, KitchenAid, Electrolux, Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador and most other residential brands. Our vans carry common parts for the models we see most often in Dallas homes, which is why a large share of repairs finish on the first visit.
Yes. Every technician who enters your home is licensed, fully insured, EPA certified and factory-trained on the brands we service. Ask to see credentials at the door any time.
13+ years serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, starting in East Dallas and expanding to five locations.
We handle light commercial equipment — break-room refrigerators, small-office dishwashers, apartment laundry units. Full commercial kitchen lines are outside what we do well, and we will tell you that rather than take the job.
Questions
Where we work and which office to call.
We cover 57 cities across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex from five locations in Dallas, Plano, Fort Worth, Celina and Sachse. Check the service area page for your city and the direct local number.
No. Every city on this page is covered at the same rates. We run five locations specifically so drive distance never lands on your invoice.
Probably. The list covers where we work regularly, but we take calls just outside it every week. Call (469) 398-8604 with your address and we will tell you straight away.
Any of the five. Dallas at (469) 398-8604 is our main line. If your city sits closer to Plano, Fort Worth, Celina or Sachse, calling that office usually gets you a tighter arrival window.
Questions
How our Google reviews work and what happens when we get one wrong.
On our Google Business Profile. The link on this page opens the full review list, unfiltered, straight from Google.
Please do. Your technician can text you the direct link, or search Elite Appliances Repairs on Google Maps and use the review button. Honest feedback, good or bad, is how we find our own blind spots.
We call the customer. If we got something wrong we fix it, and if the repair is inside warranty we come back at no labor charge. Then we look at whether the process that caused it needs changing.
